Her activity as part of the IT Law Firm is focused on intellectual property law and online advertising.
She has been collaborating with IT Law Firm since 2019.
Right after graduating in Law from the University of Bologna in 1997, she began to collaborate with the chair of Intellectual Property Law in the Faculty of Law at the University of Bologna.
Her curiosity for intellectual property issues leads her to obtain the title of PhD in Intellectual Property Law in 2002 from the University of Pavia with a dissertation on the progressive approach between copyright in Civil law and in Common law systems and, in 2017, to attend the Master of Intellectual Property of “Il Sole 24 Ore Business School”.
From 2005 to 2013 she was adjunct professor of Publishing Trade and Cultural Economics at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures. Since 2021 she has been teaching at the Master’s program in Publishing at the University of Milan “La Statale”.
From 2004 to 2021, alongside her professional activity, she has been teaching courses for the training of lawyers in the field of copyright law at the Fondazione Forense Bolognese, proposing seminars related to protection of photographic, cinematographic, musical and artistic works and industrial design.
She participated as author of “Commentario breve alle leggi su proprietà intellettuale e concorrenza”, [Brief commentary on intellectual property and competition laws] published by CEDAM and she published notes on the judgement on Giurisprudenza commerciale, Rivista di diritto industriale and AIDA.
She is author of many essays and articles (list of publications).
